I am so happy to share some yoga with you here. For me, being in touch with my body is an important part experiencing and savoring life. It doesn’t take long - just a bit of time to feel into your body and yourself. I recorded this sleepy-time practice in my pajamas and invite you to give it a try. This is a stretching class and easy for all. Besides, you are at home. Adapt it and do whatever you want! 😊

I will be offering “live yoga” online as well as some of these types of recordings for my paid subscribers in the future. For now they are available to all so go ahead and give it a try!
